Health Information Systems/Services Department. This position supervises 17

electronic medical record and reports problems with services or equipment. With
implementation of the electronic medical record, additional knowledge and
technical abilities are required. Management of electronic files, correction of
errors in an electronic media, and training of staff is required. Prior
supervisory experience is preferred.
Bachelor's in medical record administration or related discipline; or completion
of a accredited medical record technician program and two years of experience in
medical record work; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All

This position is responsible for the daily operations of Health Information
Management department. You will supervise chart completion managers,
coordinators and staff including staffing, training, quality control and
management oversight for HIM operations. As well, you'll be responsible for the
HIM department in the Director's absence and HIPAA privacy management at a
facility level.
