Current Corporate Partners of NCHIMA, SCHIMA, GHIMA, or AAHIM should have received an email from the central office with a discount code, to receive a $100 discount on booth registration. If you have not received the code, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exhibit booth placement is determined by NCHIMA policy. NCHIMA/GHIMA/SCHIMA/AAHIM have final approval of all booth placements. Exhibitors will be notified 30-60 days prior to the event of your booth assignment. Booth placements may be changed at any time by NCHIMA/GHIMA/SHCIMA/AAHIM based on NCHIMA policies and hotel/fire code approvals.

Exhibit Hall is officially open during the following times:

WIFI is included in the cost of the resort fee. All registered hotel guests will receive connectivity instructions upon check-in. Basic WIFI is included in all meeting rooms.
One AC power drop is included in the cost of the exhibit booth. It should be ordered at the time of registration.

Luncheons are only for specific state attendees each day. All other attendees from other states will have free time and lunch on their own.
Example: Monday only NC attendees may attend lunch. Attendees from GA, SC and AL will have free-time and lunch on their own.

The Exhibitor booth, sponsorships, and advertising are non-refundable.
The exhibitor agrees to release and hold harmless the North Carolina Health Information Management Association, its officers, representatives, agents and directors for all liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or injury resulting directly or indirectly from any cause whatsoever in connections with the NCHIMA Annual Convention and execution of this agreement.

Online registration will close at 12:00 PM ET on April 30, 2019. Onsite registration will NOT be available.
When you register online, you will have the option to pay by mail with a check or pay online with a credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).
If you are paying by check, select “mail a check” under payment options. You will later see instructions to print the confirmation page and mail your payment to KnowledgeConnex. The mailing address will be on the invoice. Make your check payable to KnowledgeConnex and include the confirmation/order number with the check. Checks that do not reference the confirmation number will be returned to you and will not be applied to the registration.
